Terms & Conditions for Competitions and Prize Draws
Entry Conditions
Only one entry per person. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into the prize draw. No purchase necessary.
We cannot accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered unrecognisable.
Employees of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group (URW Group), their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with the Easter Prize Draw may not enter.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at our absolute discretion. Entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries (including “voting exchange”) will be disqualified. We reserve the right to terminate, amend or temporarily suspend the Easter Prize Draw and amend these terms and conditions at any time, in its absolute discretion, without prior notice, if we consider it necessary to do so.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will automatically render a [prize draw/competition] entry void. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. Entry to the Easter Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The URW Group, its agents and commercial partners exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any liability for (a) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Easter Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any prizes (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded); (b) the accuracy or otherwise of any description or illustration of any prizes; (c) any loss, damage, non-availability or late receipt of any prizes or any communication associated with this Easter Prize Draw; and (d) any fees, charges, taxes or other costs which the winner may be required to pay in connection with any prize. The URW Group further disclaims liability for any injury or damage suffered by the entrant or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this Easter Prize Draw. The URW Group will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. The URW Group is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions for issues of any nature encountered by entrants associated with their entry into this Easter Prize Draw.
Prize
No expenses incurred in connection with the Easter Prize Draw will be paid other than as set out in these terms and conditions.
The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, is non transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Prizes must be collected from Centrale & Whitgift. If any prize cannot be collected within the given timescale, Centrale & Whitgift reserves the right to select an alternative winner or re-distribute the prize in a future competition or prize draw. Centrale & Whitgift has no responsibility to anyone who has not collected the prize and no compensation will be due.
Notification
If we require a response before we award any prize and no response is received after we have made reasonable efforts to make contact, we reserve the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to someone else. The URW Group has no responsibility to anyone who has not responded and no compensation will be due.
Publicity
The winner agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the Easter Prize Draw and consents and agrees that their photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by the URW Group in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection.
How we use personal data
By submitting an entry, entrants are sending their personal information to the URW Group who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws.
