Boom Arts Academy – an award-winning performing arts school – is excited to offer Street Dance and Freestyle dance sessions to all new joiners on the day! Boom Arts Academy are proud to be South London’s only school to provide Street, Freestyle, and Breakdance examinations through the prestigious ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing).

If we were to describe Hipsinc bellydance classes with one word that would be joyful!
With over 20 years of teaching experience and thousands of students under her belt, Zahida will help you to develop your confidence as well as your self-expression through dance, no matter your background.
You can expect a complete warm up, drills and combinations. Keeping it simple and challenging at the same time, there is no time to get bored.

In these sessions we will be delivering a comic drawing workshop which will be an extended session of the Comic Club we run every Saturday afternoon in the store. The session will include a 1 minute drawing challenge and extended drawing time for creating a character, drawing a three panel comic and drawing a one page comic.

Croydon Steel Orchestra (est. 2000) is a youth and community steel band based in the London Borough of Croydon. They aim to promote “pan” as a style of music and the steel band as a family of instruments in their own right. Come and listen to the sounds of steel drums in the sunshine.

‘Interactive Career Confidence and Styling Workshop’. The session will focus on self affirmations,
confidence building and how to dress confidently for work. It will feature interactive vision board creation, as well as clothing worn and styled by our volunteers.

This is a gentle session for SEND children and will take place in our new Chill Out Zone.
