Croydon Yoga Hub
12.30 – 14.30
5+ with adults: A fun and interactive family yoga session for children 5+ and their grown-ups. Move, stretch, play and relax together through simple yoga-inspired activities led by an experienced family yoga teacher from Croydon Yoga Hub.
Suitable for all abilities and no previous yoga experience is required.
Sunday 16th August
Beach Themed painting with Pop’n’Paint
16.30 – 18.30
All ages: Experience Pop’n’Paint, the Pre-Sketched Art party experience at Costa Del Croydon.
All supplies are included, you just need to add the colours and vibes to create your masterpiece to take home. All ages/genders welcome, the beginner level for Pop’n’Paint is ZERO.

Monday 17th August

Slime Making with The Creation Station

Age 4+: The Creation Station is an award-winning company that believes engaging in art and crafts helps us all explore, discover, develop and unleash the unique wonder within. Our fab leaders will be running fun and exciting slime-making sessions for children aged 4 years+ – the children will love making their own colourful slime to take home in a self-decorated pot.

12.30 – 13.30: Croydon Drop In
Will be providing a craft workshop. Creating and decorating boxes with affirmations inside for young people to take home.
13.30 – 14.30: SMART WORKS
Adults: Interactive Career Confidence and Styling Workshop. The session will focus on self affirmations, confidence building and how to dress confidently for work. It will feature an interactive vision board creation, as well as clothing worn and styled by our volunteers.
16.30 – 17.30: Croydon Library

Wednesday 19th August
Comic drawing with Waterstones
12.30 – 14.30
6+: Join your local branch of everyone’s favourite bookshop. In these sessions we will be delivering a comic drawing workshop which will be an extended session of the Comic Club we run every Saturday afternoon in the store. The session will include a 1 minute drawing challenge and extended drawing time for creating a character, drawing a three panel comic and drawing a one page comic.

Pottery Painting with TURF

Led by Artist Daisy Young, come along and experience pottery painting at Costa Del Croydon. Using handmade tiles created in the ceramics space at Turf Projects, and drawing influence from ancient Spanish tiles, you will be able to create and take away your own decorative designs.

Music workshop with Yamaha Music School

Ages 5 – 11: Experience the Yamaha way! Yamaha Music Schools are proud to champion group learning, because music is made to be shared. Join us for the first 90 minutes as children take part in a fun, interactive taster workshop filled with music-making, creativity and teamwork. Then, relax and enjoy inspiring performances from our Yamaha Music School students and teachers.

Bingo on the Beach with Bakehouse Factory

All ages: A big hit at Costa del Croydon 2024 & 2025, Bingo on the beach is back! Take yourself back to the 90’s with DJ Mel where you’ll listen to all your favourite tracks whilst ticking them off in a fast-paced game of bingo. Who will race to the top spot and be crowned 90’s champion?

Salsa with Latin Flow Croydon

Adults: Salsa is one of the most popular, vibrant and social dances in the world, and you can get involved right in the heart of Croydon! Whether you’ve never danced before, or are a regular on the dance floor, come by with yourself or a friend – you’ll have a great time!

Tunes for Tots

Age 0-3: Celebrating the art that is music, your toddler will have the opportunity to be in charge of their instrument, prop and own movement to encourage sensitivity towards the music they hear and how it makes them feel. This is a gentle session for SEND children and will take place in our new Chill Out Zone.

Baby sensory music – Meg Morris

Babies – 3 years: Meg will lead under 3 years in a fun but gentle creative session for both babies and guardians where you will co-create a story using sensory scarves and musical instruments. A quieter session which will be held in our new chill out zone.

Expect a feel-good workout set to the infectious beats of your favourite Caribbean artists from the likes of Shenseea to Shaggy, with a mix of new-school fire and old-school classics.
