5+ with adults: A fun and interactive family yoga session for children 5+ and their grown-ups. Move, stretch, play and relax together through simple yoga-inspired activities led by an experienced family yoga teacher from Croydon Yoga Hub.
Suitable for all abilities and no previous yoga experience is required.
