To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the key terms and conditions for attending this event below:

Event Organisers:

The event organisers are (1) Croydon Limited Partnership (the Centre Owner) and (2) Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL)).

Tickets & Entry

  • Valid Tickets Required: Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket for the correct date and time. 
  • Walk-ins: Accepted subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • Children: Must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. 
  • Late Arrivals: Entry may be refused if arriving within the last 30 minutes of a session.

Behaviour & Safety

  • Respect Others: No abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated. 
  • Prohibited Items and Animals: No weapons, alcohol (unless purchased on-site), illegal substances, fireworks, or sharp objects, glass bottles, flammable liquids or balls may be brought on site. Animals are not permitted at the event, except for guide dogs and other registered assistance animals.  
  • No Smoking: Smoking, e-cigarettes and vaping are strictly prohibited. 
  • Dress Code: This is a family-friendly event with a beach theme. We kindly ask attendees to wear appropriate attire – swimwear and other revealing clothing are not permitted. Tops and footwear must be worn at all times. 
  • No Ball Games or Leisure Transport: Balls, bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc. are not allowed.

Security, Searches, Denied Enty and Removal

  • Bag Policy: Only small handbags or rucksacks permitted. Do not leave belongings unattended. Note that attendees are responsible for their belongings, which are brought at their own risk. The Event Organisers are not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended items. 
  • Searches: Security checks may be conducted. Refusal may result in denied entry. 
  • Confiscation: Dangerous or prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned. 
  • REFUSED ENTRY OR REMOVALWE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY OR REMOVE ANY VISITOR WHO BREACHES THESE TERMS, ENGAGES IN ANTI-SOCIAL OR ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR, OR POSES A RISK TO OTHERS. THIS INCLUDES ACTIONS THAT MAY DISRUPT THE EVENT, CAUSE HARM, OR AFFECT THE ENJOYMENT OF OTHER ATTENDEES.

Photography & Media

  • Personal Use Only: Commercial photography, videography, and drones are not allowed without prior permission.

Alcohol Policy

  • Challenge 21: Valid photo ID is required to purchase alcohol. 
  • Underage Drinking: is strictly prohibited. Alcohol will be confiscated and individuals may be removed from the event.

Health & Wellbeing

  • Medication: Please bring any personal medication you may need (e.g. asthma pumps). 
  • Follow Instructions: Please comply with all safety announcements and staff directions.

Liability

  • Personal Responsibility: Attendance is at your own risk. The Event Organisers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond their control.

  • Event schedule and other timings: May change without notice. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Tickets & Entry

  • Adults Only: The Beach Club is strictly for attendees aged 18 years and over.  
  • Proof of Age: The Event Organisers reserve the right to request valid photographic identification on entry. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid passport, UK or EU driving licence, PASS-accredited proof of age card or other government-issued photographic identification. Entry may be refused where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.  
  • Valid Tickets Required: Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket for the correct date and time. 
  • Walk-ins: Accepted subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • Late Arrivals: Entry may be refused if arriving within the last 30 minutes of a session. 
  • Capacity: Entry is subject to venue capacity and admission cannot be guaranteed once capacity has been reached.

Behaviour & Safety

  • Respect Others: The Beach Club is an inclusive event. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, performers, staff and contractors.  
  • Zero Tolerance: Abusive, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory or harassing behaviour of any kind, including behaviour relating to race, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.  
  • Prohibited Items and Animals: No weapons, alcohol (unless purchased on-site), illegal substances, fireworks, or sharp objects, glass bottles, flammable liquids or balls may be brought on site. Animals are not permitted at the event, except for guide dogs and other registered assistance animals.  
  • No Smoking or vaping: Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the event space. 
  • Dress Code: Casual summer clothing is encouraged. Guests must remain appropriately dressed at all times. Footwear and suitable clothing must be worn throughout the event. Clothing displaying offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate language or imagery may result in refused entry or removal.  
  • No Ball Games or Leisure Transport: Balls, bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc. are not allowed.

  • Alcohol may only be consumed if purchased from authorised on-site vendors.  
  • Alcohol brought into the event will not be permitted and may be confiscated.  
  • Challenge 25: Valid photo ID is required to purchase alcohol. 
  • THE EVENT ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SALE OF ALCOHOL TO ANYONE WHO APPEARS INTOXICATED OR WHOSE BEHAVIOUR GIVES CAUSE FOR CONCERN.
