• The Promoter of this Competition is the owner of the Centrale Shopping Centre, Croydon Limited Partnership acting by its General Partner Croydon (GP1) Limited with its registered office 1 Ariel Way, London W12 7SL a member of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group (“URW Group”) with an Instagram handle of @centralewhitgift (“Centrale & Whitgift”).
• The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram and/or other Social Network, and that Facebook, Instagram and other Social Network are in no way responsible or liable to you for anything arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with, your involvement with this Competition.
• Entrants who satisfy the entry criteria as stated on the post will go into the draw to win the stated prize which has an RRP of £120 (the “Prize”).
• Entries must be received by the closing date stated on the post. Only one entry per person.
• All Competitions are open to real persons with a genuine Instagram account, who are residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older. Competitions are not open to any employees, agents, contractors, consultants of Centrale & Whitgift or URW Group, their immediate families, dependents or to other persons assisting or connected with the Competition.
• Centrale & Whitgift is not responsible if you have caused, or are responsible for any late, lost, misdirected entries which may result in delay or failure to enter you into the Competition.
• The Prize winner will be chosen at random via wask.co after the Closing date.
• Centrale & Whitgift accepts no responsibility or liability for any prize winner’s enjoyment of any prize or any other costs and expenses that may be incurred by the Prize winner relating to the Prize or the winner’s enjoyment of that Prize (including any travel related costs where relevant and unless otherwise specified in the Competition post and/or other Social Network channel).
• Centrale & Whitgift will endeavour to notify the Prize winner via Instagram however, in the event the winning entrant cannot be reached within three workings days, we may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person. Centrale & Whitgift reserves the right to contact the prize winner by other means.
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Centrale & Whitgift takes no responsibility for prizes that are lost or destroyed. Centrale & Whitgift reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion, and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The decisions of Centrale & Whitgift on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Centrale & Whitgift reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• To the extent permitted by law, Centrale & Whitgift it’s agents and commercial partners excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly, or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
• Unless stated otherwise on the post, the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered with any participating retailers and entrants understand they are providing their information to Centrale &Whitgift.
• If the Competition is in collaboration with a participating retailer, the entrant understands their information may also be shared with the participating retailer. • The entrant releases any participating retailers from any action or claim arising out of the Competition.
