Centrale & Whitgift Shopping Centre – Better Brows LVL Lash Lift- Social Media Competition Terms 04 2024

1. By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Centrale & Whitgift on its Facebook page, Instagram and/or other Social Network (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms.
2. The Promoter of this Competition is the owner of the Centrale Shopping Centre, Croydon Limited Partnership acting by its General Partner Croydon (GP1) Limited with its registered office 1 Ariel Way, London W12 7SL a member of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group (“URW Group”) with an Instagram handle of @centralewhitgift (“Centrale & Whitgift”).
3. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram and/or other Social Network, and that Facebook, Instagram and other Social Network are in no way responsible or liable to you for anything arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with, your involvement with this Competition.
4. Entrants who satisfy the entry criteria will go into the draw to win one LVL Lash Lift treatment redeemable at Better Brows Croydon valued at RRP £45 (the “Prize”).
5. To be eligible, you must follow @betterbrows and @centralewhitgift on Instagram and mention someone below who you think would love a LVL Lash Lift before the Competition closing date stated on the post on Instagram. Only one entry per person.
6. All Competitions are open to real persons with a genuine Instagram account, who are residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older. Competitions are not open to any employees, agents, contractors, consultants of Centrale & Whitgift or URW Group, their immediate families, dependents or to other persons assisting or connected with the Competition.
7. Centrale & Whitgift is not responsible if you have caused, or are responsible for any late, lost, misdirected entries which may result in delay or failure to enter you into the Competition.
8. The Prize winner will be chosen at random via wask.co after the Closing date.
9. Centrale & Whitgift accepts no responsibility or liability for any prize winner’s enjoyment of any prize or any other costs and expenses that may be incurred by the Prize winner relating to the Prize or the winner’s enjoyment of that Prize (including any travel related costs where relevant and unless otherwise specified in the Competition post and/or other Social Network channel).
10. Centrale & Whitgift will endeavour to notify the Prize winner via Instagram however, in the event the winning entrant cannot be reached within three workings days, we may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person. Centrale & Whitgift reserves the right to contact the prize winner by other means.
11. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Centrale & Whitgift takes no responsibility for prizes that are lost or destroyed. Centrale & Whitgift reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion, and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. The decisions of Centrale & Whitgift on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Centrale & Whitgift reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
13. To the extent permitted by law, Centrale & Whitgift it’s agents and commercial partners excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly, or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
14. The Competition is in in collaboration with Better Brows Limited (“Better Brows”). Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to Better Brows and Centrale & Whitgift. By entering the Competition, each entrant releases Better Brows from any action or claim arising out of the Competition.  
15. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Competition must be directed to Centrale & Whitgift.

16. By submitting an entry, entrants are sending their personal information to Centrale & Whitgift and Better Brows who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws.
