Black History Month is a time to celebrate, reflect and recognise the resilience, creativity and contribution of Black communities across the UK.
The Black Trader’s Market will bring the theme of this year to life by creating a vibrant marketplace in Whitgift Square, providing a platform for 20-25 Black-owned small businesses to showcase their products and services. With live hosting by Choice FM’s DJ Marcus and Lady Empress, the market will be a cultural hub of connection, storytelling and music, uniting local traders and the wider Croydon community.
